Return & Refund Policy

First, if you have a need to consider refunds and returns, you likely ordered a product from us. Which means we owe you a “Thank You!” Nothing makes us happier that a multitude of happy Pet Friendly customers, and as such we promise to do our very best to delivery an amazing product and customer experience, and rest assured, to make right any  glitches along the way. That said, here are some things you might want to know.


To cancel an order, please Contact Us at as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse.


Online prices, offers and selection may vary and are subject to change. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Pet Friendly does business throughout the United States collects and remits sales tax as required by law; however, the sales tax is included in the price of the product.


We will gladly replace or exchange the item, or refund the amount you paid. You may return items that are unsatisfactory within 30 calendar days, providing they are unused and in their original packaging and have no visible signs of wear or use. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: perishable goods such as food, treats, clearance items, sale items or more than 30 days after delivery.


You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item or defective item). If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require you contact us with five (5) days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


You should expect to receive your refund within four (4) weeks of returning your package; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. The time period includes the transit time for us to receive your item returned, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.


Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Pet Friendly, 21520 County Road 68 N, Robertsdale, AL 36567, United States.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for the purchase price (minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap and other charges). Product must be in its original packaging.


Pack the item safely and securely for shipping and include the packing slip (retain a copy for your records). Affix the RETURN shipping label provided and send the package via a traceable and insurable method. Please note: exchanges are not available by mail. All shipping charges must be paid by the customer. COD deliveries will be returned to the customer.


Registered customer account


By creating a Registered Customer Account on the Website, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store shipping and billing information, view past orders, and track shipments. An account is not required to make purchases via the Website. If you do not wish to set-up an account, you can process to checkout as a “Guest”. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
